Data Collection Technologies: The data used in Lookmove SA's services come from external sources such as real estate portals and agency websites. These data are continuously collected, with a minimum of 135 sources regularly updated to ensure the richness and relevance of the information.

Data Curation and Filtering: Lookmove SA uses proprietary algorithms to evaluate, score, and validate the collected data. These algorithms apply rejection filters to ensure that only quality listings are considered. In particular, Lookmove SA eliminates duplicates through an advanced system for detecting identical properties among real estate listings (duplicate detection algorithm).

Data Modeling: The data are organized in a high-granularity data model, constantly improving, allowing the client to filter and customize data sets according to very specific criteria. This ensures ultra-precise indicators that can be used for detailed real estate market analysis.

Continuous Improvement through Machine Learning: Lookmove SA develops machine learning algorithms to continuously improve the quality and modeling of collected data, as well as the proposed indicators and statistics. These algorithms iteratively analyze and adjust the organization of the data to improve the performance and accuracy of the provided services.

On-Demand Data Analysis: Lookmove SA's Web App allows clients to manipulate and analyze data flexibly. They can filter information according to various criteria and generate customized reports that meet their specific needs. Clients can also generate and visualize precise statistics and graphs related to all segments of the Swiss real estate market and their evolution over time.

Data Security and Protection: Lookmove SA implements rigorous security measures to protect clients' personal and sensitive data. All data are stored on secure servers and processed in accordance with current data protection legislation.

Continuous Innovation: Lookmove SA is committed to a continuous improvement process to enrich its services. Data collection and analysis technologies are constantly updated to ensure optimal market coverage and reliable market statistics and indicators.

Market Data Report: Access to detailed data sets, indicators, statistics, and graphs on the Swiss real estate market, both in real-time and historical, allowing the generation of customized reports according to specific filtering criteria.

Comparables: Service allowing the consultation and analysis of comparable properties in given geographical areas, with up-to-date data to evaluate market trends.

Report Quota: each user account includes a quota of 100 reports per month with a "One Canton" subscription, and 300 reports per month with an "All Switzerland" subscription. Once this quota has been reached, the customer will have to wait until the following month to generate new reports.

Report Accessibility Period: Reports generated by the client are accessible for 4 months on their user account. Reports are deleted from the WebApp and all our storage 4 months after their creation.

Internal Use: Use the data exclusively for internal professional purposes (or for themselves, for individuals), within the scope of their activity (e.g., for analyses, estimates, or investment decisions).

Consultation and Analysis: Consult and analyze the data via the Web App to extract detailed information on the Swiss real estate market. They can generate reports according to their needs.

Sharing Generated Reports: Share the reports generated via the Web App in PDF format or sharing links. The Client can distribute these reports to their internal collaborators, clients, and prospects.

Exploitation of Data for Public Communication of Content: Create studies on the real estate market (barometer, reports, trends...) that they publish, provided that Lookmove SA is specifically mentioned in these studies as the data source and that these studies do not allow the direct identification of specific real estate properties.

Resale or Redistribution of Services: Resell or distribute the services (Market Data Report and Comparables) to third parties. Access to services is limited to the Client and their employees with a data.lookmove.ch user account only.

Use for Third Parties: Use Lookmove SA's services on behalf of or for the benefit of third parties, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.

Sub-License: Grant sub-licenses or transfer usage rights of the services to a third party without the express authorization of Lookmove SA.

Publication in Open Access: Publish the data sets or generated reports in raw form or easily accessible to the public, such as online on websites, social networks, or external portals, without first transforming the data into analyses and mentioning Lookmove SA as the data source.

Data Quality: Lookmove SA, although continuously improving its quality analysis algorithms for listings, does not guarantee that the data sets are entirely free of low-quality listings and duplicates.

Data Accuracy: Lookmove SA does not claim the completeness or perfect accuracy of the inventory delivered to the Client. The provided data depend on external sources (portals and agency websites) over which Lookmove SA has no control. Lookmove SA will exercise reasonable skill and care in preparing the data sets but does not guarantee that the data and information contained in the data sets will always be accurate, reliable, and error-free.

Non-Exhaustiveness: The data services provided by Lookmove SA do not claim to be exhaustive or perfectly accurate or reliable due to (i) the emergence of new online real estate listing sources (agency websites), (ii) the existence of real estate listing sources that Lookmove SA is unaware of or chooses, at its sole discretion, not to explore and index, and (iii) structural and content changes in the crawled sources that may cause interruptions ranging from a few hours to several days, depending on the complexity of the corrections to be made, which involve maintenance efforts, updates, and corrections of Lookmove SA's crawlers.

Force Majeure: Neither Party shall be liable for non-performance (or inadequate performance) in the execution of the Service when caused by a condition (e.g., natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, pandemic, riot, sudden government action, power outage, telecommunications disruption, or piracy attack) that was beyond the reasonable control of the Party.

Independence of the Parties: These T&C are exclusively within the framework of an independent activity of the respective Parties. In no case shall these T&C be considered as creating a relationship different from that expressly regulated by these T&C.

Partial Nullity: If any clause of these T&C is found to be null or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions shall remain in effect, and the null or unenforceable clause shall be applied to the extent permitted and according to the Parties' interest, respecting a regulation as close as possible economically to what the Parties initially intended to achieve by the ineffective clause.

Entire Agreement: These T&C contain the entire agreement between the Parties regarding its subject matter and replace any prior agreement, as well as written or verbal agreements concluded between the parties regarding this subject matter. The Parties acknowledge that their commercial relationship was not concluded wholly or partially based on any guarantee, statement, promise, or representation made by the other Party, whether by email, telephone conversation, or negotiations, other than those expressly provided in these T&C, invoices, and payment receipts (for online payments via Stripe) sent by Lookmove to the client.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The applicable law to the Contract is Swiss law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, with recourse to the Federal Court reserved. Each Party agrees to make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve in good faith any dispute arising from or relating to the Contract with the other Party before resorting to an external dispute resolution process or judicial proceedings.
